    Hello Lachlanbrown2,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is having issues fully connecting to your home network. We would like a bit more information to better understand how to troubleshoot this.

    Go into your Xbox one settings > General > Network settings. From there, While connected to your home network, run "Test network connection." Afterwards, run "Test multiplayer connection.

    Let us know if you received an error message or code with either of those tests. Also, Let us know what your NAT type is while connected to your home network.

    I think it should be soomme sort of setup of your modem or router. For sure it's not about the console itself.
