Xbox one network hardware

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue, it sounds like it's having an issue trying to connect to your router due to a security protocol error. You may have to go within your Router Settings to change the security protocol to WPA2
or if you don't know how to access your router settings you may need to Contact your ISP.

Hi, try the following please.

On the Xbox go to settings, all settings, network, advanced settings, alternate MAC address..

Select the clear option and then the restart option.

When the Xbox has restarted do you still have the same issue ?
