    Xbox one network conectivity


    I just got my xbox one about 2 weeks ago and have been online playing games and playing around with some of the downloaded apps. Now my xbox one will not connect to the wifi so I cant access the internet. My phone and computer that I am typing on right now
    are both connected to the wifi in the house. What is the problem with my xbox?

    Update Failed

    Since it is detecting a network conectivity issue. I suggest downloading the update and installing it via USB storage devices or a blank CD/DVD will do.

    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates

    That website will guide you how to do it, with download links to the latest update.

    constant disconnection

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.

    Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

    Select Yes if you are prompted to update the console software.

    The last XBOX360 system update was February 19, 2013. If you have recently updated you may have another issue with your internet or conectivity.

    It could be as simple as hard reset your xbox one AND your modem and router ...if not we need some more info...

    To be clear, first try power cycling the console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) and turn the router off and back on, and then try again and see what happens.

    Let us know the results, and if the problem persists we can try some other things.

    I contacted xbox support and they had me power cycle the console and also had me manually type in some things like the DNS and IP address. Not sure what it all means as I am not a tech guy but it is now working and connected to my wifi. Thanks

    Problem with Xbox One Smartglass for Windows 8

    Yes, I try to conect on the same network & the acer aspire one allways conect but presariov2710 never conect, also I try on a different network & the acer conect perfect but the presario v2710 neither conect to xbox one.

    My Xbox one settings allow connections from any smartglass device here another capture:
