Xbox one ne démarre pas

bonjour

La Xbox one de mon fils ne démarre pas , elle s’allume mais ne boot pas .

J’arrive a l’allumer avec la manette mais le logo tête clignotant et s’etein Au bout d’ Un moment. On peut éjecter le dvd mais rien a faire elle ne boot pas .

Que puis je faire ?

Sorry if this seems like an idiotic question but have you made sure that the neither the game or PC have any pending updates?

If you're playing via Game Pass I would recommend double checking the Xbox Beta App as well

I already played at Sea of thieves in january with the game pass. But for some weeks, it doesn't work and then my subscription has expired. So I bought the game yesterday.

I checked my Windows' version : 1909 so I think it's ok. And I forced a search for updated in windows store -> no pending updates

i usually restart my computer or reconnect my wifi device and it works again.

if that fails in CMD type

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew . and try loading the game again
