    Xbox One NBA2K21 freezing on teams page


    Have just purchased NBA2K21 Disc and every time we try to play it always freezes on the teams page. What can we do to get this working correctly? Still have 100+GB free storage so dont see storage as been the issue.

    That is unfortunately completely on 2k.

    "Players will no longer be able to play ranked or online league games. Accordingly, any mode that earns or uses VC will be affected"

    2K games career stuff won't load without a server connection.

    You can still try and request a refund manually but it is highly unlikely to be approved
