    XBOX One NAT Type Teredo service info unavailable


    Following the system update in June XBOX One has been getting an error when trying to connect to the XBOX network. Multiplayer games cannot connect and network settings show NAT Type Teredo service info unavailable. This occurs on every startup and workaround is to restart router then restart XBOX.

    Hi,

    I do not have access to another wifi network with my Xbox.

    I checked the NAT type on my PC and it shows "Open" and "Connected".

    I read a few posts about this and it may be the network card in the Xbox has some issues.

    Fyi - I bought the Xbox in USA and moved to the UK where the voltage is different. Although using a transformer to adapt to local power outlet I believe this might have caused a problem.

    Hope you're doing great today despite this Xgn

    May I know if you're able to test momentarily your Xbox with a different wifi network to see if the same error appears?
    For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way

    Also, do you have access to a windows PC to check your NAT type from there?

    If that's the case, please open the Xbox console companion app > Settings > Network

    What's saying below NAT type?

    I use the xbox headset that plugs into the controller. I'm currently on playing alone without using my headset and i got booted before i could drop into a game of Blackout mode on Call of Duty.

    The network screen currently says:

    The name of my network

    IPv4

    NAT Type: Unavailable

    xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo

    Service info is unavailable
