hello, the narrator don't work in Russia, where i can ask Microsoft to add it to my country?

Is the narration in the movie itself or from the xbox?

sorry to hear.

I think the narrator on Xbox One was switched on. Please read
"Use the Movies & TV app with narrator on Xbox One" to turn off.

please try the steps here to turn off the narrator:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select
System > Settings > Ease of Access >
Narrator to turn it on or off.
