Xbox one multiplayer lag; plz help!

So I recently signed up with xbox live gold for a 12 month subscription. I use it for both my xbox 360 and xbox 1s. On my 360, the multiplayer runs just fine with next to no problems. However on my 1s there is a problem. It first started when I wanted to
play my new copy of CoD ghosts; when joining a regular team deathmatch, it soon became apparent that the game was lagging very significantly. It's as if my connection would end every few seconds, causing many other players around me to freeze, and randomly
teleport around the map. I do not believe the cause of the problem is the router i use (wireless router), because it works just fine on my xbox 360. I've tried several different methods suggested by tutorial videos and none of them appear to work. As you can
imagine, this is very frustrating, as I can't even functionally play multiplayer on my xbox 1. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Also, it isn't just ghosts that lags, I also tried advanced warfare, and battlefield 1, and they both had the same

Wasup wasup. Plz help

Some one plz help me... My Xbox just started this thang a couple dayz ago, it'll freeze for like 4 or 5 mins EVERYTIME I hit the Xbox home button. I.have no clue wtf to do someone plz give advice

Someone help mw2 works fine for me on xbox one but I just wasted $30 on mw3 for Xbox one because it is unplayable in multiplayer due to lag.

 

Is there any possibility that you can connect to your router by a cable , cause in comparison to 360 xbox one requires a stronger internet connection , your router has a higher ping than cable lan connection . This should solve the problem

 

Depending on how many applications and (computers, Iphones, and other devices) that are connecting to your wifi, you will experience lag. Make sure all apps and such are turned of on your iphone(cell phones). Or you could do what XERO94 suggested and try
a wired connection. I, myself use a wired connect for my Xbox One as it has a way better connection then wifi does. Hope this helps your situation and happy gaming.
