Xbox One Mouse and Keyboard, specifically Fortnite.

Hello. I just got and set up my first Xbox yesterday. Since then I have attempted to use Mouse and Keyboard on fortnite, the keyboard works perfectly, and my mouse's RGB works as well, but I can not get my mouse to move. I have tried shutting off my controller,
but a “controller disconected” pop up shows up. How do I get my mouse to work? Help appreciated. (Mouse is not wireless)

Currently only Minecraft (without the "Xbox One Edition" in the title) is playable with keyboard and mouse.

All other games, including Fortnite do NOT work with Keyboard and Mouse on the Xbox One.

If you want to play Fortnite with Keyboard and Mouse, you can do that on a regular Windows PC.

Hi, very few games on the Xbox One support Keyboard and Mouse

Minecraft Bedrock Edition supports both keyboard and mouse

Games like PUBG, Fortnite only support keyboard for extra buttons

If it is a special gaming mouse with configurable DPI sensitivity or refresh rate, try to set the sensitivity to the lowest setting, either through a PC application for the mouse, or if the mouse has a switch use that.

Do you have another mouse you could try to use? The more basic the mouse is, the better.
