    Xbox One Modern Warfare "Unable to access online services"


    Hello,

    I bought Modern Warefare for Xbox One a week ago; I downloaded it I keep getting connection failed error, unable to access online services. I need to find out how to ocntact Microsoft or whoever I want my money back if it does not work.

    I have tried NAT; Router; all that stuff that I found online and nothing works, I can not even play off line; when i click on Campaign, Local multiplayer, or Local CO-OP It says you are missing one or more player DLC packs.

    Need help

    Is anyone else having issues with getting on multiplayer on modern warfare

    Well i still cant access modern warfare.

    So i would have to say the servers are still stuffed

    Hey. I had this same problem. Found a fix...

    1. When on home screen go to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare icon

    2. click the start/more options button on controller

    3. click on Manage Game & Add-ons

    4. You may have to install three additional add ons.

    - this is when I started to have issues. Couldnt connect to XBox Live

    5. Remove/uninstall the ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare -Data Pack 1’

    When i uninstalled this data pack and restarted i was now able to connect to xbox live and play.

    When i go back into the manage options it tells me i have one update that is ready to install but i wont be doing that as it seems to be the problem.

    But that did not work, i also cant go offline and open campaign, local multi player or local co op.

    i'd suggest you to reinstall the game, that's not normal, every time i get this error i just give it a day or two to solve it, but i bet that if you reinstall it it will be much faster, of course they have to release an uptade
