    I recently updated to the recent update for the Xbox Smartglass app that changed it to Xbox and I got some weird glitch that stops me from signing it but I asked support and they said they are working on it

    If you are using your Xbox app on mobile and are getting this error, it is usually just a glitch in the app. Have you tried from the app on Win10 or on the console?

    Were you trying to message them via the console or the mobile app? The app can sometimes be glitch if that is what you were using.

    If you are using your Xbox app on mobile and are getting this error, it is usually just a glitch in the app. Have you tried from the app on Win10 or on the console?

    There have been a few glitches with the new update. Have you tried to see if there’s a way to look at your screen captures through the mobile app? Just to make sure that you still have them

    Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox app on mobile.

    I recommend to try:

    • uninstall app
    • updating the Mobile device
    • review the system requirements in the mobile store for the app

    It's only empty on xbox one. Everything is fine on the Xbox website or on the mobile app.
