XBOX ONE Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass Disc- unable to play

We just got the Minecraft Story mode Season Pass disc for the XBOX One. Installed game with the disc and then downloaded updates. The game at first let you play for the first five minutes or so until you worked on building your choice of Zombie, Creeper
or Enderman and then it kicks you back to the Xbox main screen. If you try to go in and play from the saved game slot, the game will not let your start from your last position. It puts you through the character selection and keeps bouncing back to the character
selection point. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and are still unable to play. We also lost the ability to download beyond the first season. Any ideas as to what may be going on???? I have a couple very frustrated children and they just received
the system and games for Christmas and all are thoroughly frustrated with the whole download/update length of time it takes just to play a game. They haven't been able to play any because of this glitch.

Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass Deluxe

I have bought Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass Deluxe on Google Play Store (with Google account :
[Moderator Removed - Personal Information]). And I play with Telltale account : [Moderator Removed - Personal Information] (I use this account to XBOX Live too).

The problem is, i can’t play Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass Deluxe on my PC through XBOX Live.

Please helped resolve my problem.

 

My son's completed Ep1; but no other episodes are available even though we have the season pass edition which should include all episodes.

Have tried uninstalling and starting again - nothing works.

Episodes 2+ remain "coming soon" and won't install.

A visit to the XBox store suggests I buy them.

...very unhappy with this one
