    Xbox One Minecraft multiplayer mini game disconnects


    i'm trying to play local multiplayer on my minecraft xbox one console. I enter a world and select the stat button on the 2nd controller and confirm i want to join. I then select the user to join and the player one connection to the server disconnects every
    time. Advice? TIA!

    I have not multiplayer option

    Hi. I havent multiplayer option in my minecraft game for Xbox one. I have only options in the game:

    Play game

    Mini game

    But I havent multiplayer.

    Yesterday I spoke with support , we did a lot of ways but it doesnt help. He recommend me create post here.

    Do something please.

    Minecraft online not working

    when I was going to play the mini games on Minecraft it says ”You cannot join or host public games as one or more players are not allowed to play multiplayer games on Xbox Live” What do I do I’m really confused

    Good day

    The mini games for minecraft was only on the xbox one edition.

    The newer version which is Bedrock edition does not have the mini games as the other one. Instead they have servers that acts as mini games.

    To know the difference is the xbox one edition will say "Xbox One edition" under the minecraft name.

    While the bedrock edition will just say minecraft.

    You might have gotten the newer version while your friends still has the older version of the game on Xbox one.

    The Xboxone Edition is the one with the Mini games. Just "Minecraft" Is the one that allows for Crossplay.

    So I created my own mini game and within seconds, someone who is not my friend joins. It looks like Microsoft has torn down the social barrier. Because usually Minecraft on Xbox is not an open multiplayer lobby like Halo and Forza etc. Usually in order to
    play Minecraft multiplayer, you have to be friends with someone in the game for the game to let you join, and usually you have to be friends with the host especially if your account privacy settings are like strict or if your parents have made it that way,
    or if friends of friends is turned off.

    If by "mini games" you mean "play multiplayer", then yes, you will need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription in order to connect to other players' servers.

    Xbox Live Gold is required for all forms of multiplayer gameplay on the Xbox.

    No one needs to worry, because like Bioware have already said..........You don't need multiplayer and you don't need the mini games to be at 100% readiness against the Reapers or to get 100% completion of the game.
