Xbox One Minecraft can’t connect to Microsoft Account

If you can’t figure out the Microsoft account linked to your PlayStation (PSN) for Minecraft, unfortunately, there’s no official tool or page that shows that specific connection. Microsoft doesn’t currently allow users to check which Microsoft account is linked to a PSN ID from the Minecraft.net profile or from the Microsoft account settings.

Here’s what you can try instead:

If you have access to any old emails you may have used, try logging into https://account.microsoft.com with them one by one and check if Minecraft or Xbox activity shows up under the "Privacy" tab or the "Your Info" section.

If Minecraft was linked to your Microsoft account, you may see a gamertag at https://account.xbox.com once you’re signed in. That’s a hint it could be the right account.

If you ever used the Minecraft Help form, search your emails for "Mojang" or "Minecraft"; you might find a message tied to the right account.

If you can’t recover the correct email address and you're locked out, your best bet is to contact Minecraft Support through this form:

Choose “Minecraft for PlayStation” and explain your situation clearly. Include your PSN ID and let them know you can’t remember which Microsoft account was used.

How to change the xbox setting if the my microsoft account show that I’m not an adult yet? I can’t change any setting on xbox settings. Also, I really want to play minecraft dungeons with my friend, but I can’t fix this problem, because I can’t change

Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.
