    Hi Angel,

The network connection type of your device is one of the primary factors that we have to consider when troubleshooting unsuccessful Xbox One system update installation. It is recommended to use a wired network connection when installing the updates. Clearing
your console's alternate MAC address and performing a full power cycle on your Xbox One console and your network hardware can help in resolving this issue. Here are the troubleshooting solutions that you can perform.

Solution 1: Clear alternate MAC address

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Advanced settings.
    7. Select Alternate MAC address.
    8. Select Clear.
    9. Select Restart.
Solution 2: Perform a power cycle reset

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for five minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
    2. Restart your Xbox One console:
      1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select Restart console.
      4. Select Yes to confirm. Note If you’re unable to access the guide, or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
Xbox button on the console again to restart.
    3. After five minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Now, install the updates and let us know if there are any progress.

MGS V graphics issue since October update

I've tried a power reset, hard reset(keep games and apps), took my xbox off the insider updates, tried turning off all 4k and HDR, uninstalled and reinstalled, even tried a different wall outlet for my xbox and the problem persists. Also playing off the
xbox one x and external hard drive. Only thing I can think of trying now is using a different tv
