    Xbox One Messages on different profiles


    Hi there I currently have 3 profiles on my Xbox One, the first is the main account that Xbox live is connected to but when I sign in to my profile on pc or the Xbox app I can't see the messages on the other profiles only the main profile can it only be done
    on the Xbox itself?

    Red Dead Redemption Error Message Help

    I popped in my copy of RDR and everything went fine, but when I got to the main menu it stated I had to download a profile in order to save.

    So I sign in, get the "hi Tony72495!" message, and it starts downloading my profile info.

    Then when it gets to about 75%, an error message pops up that says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later" and I'm kicked back to the start menu.

    I'm using the 2 disc GOTY edition of that makes any difference.

    Getting this message when trying to access store on XBox One. Have waited, tried a different profile and also rebooted system. It's been going on a couple hours now.

    in order to see the other two Xbox accounts on your phone or computer you'll need to sign out of the primary account and sign in to the accounts you wish to view the messages on

    Are you using the same Xbox Live profile on both consoles? If you are logged into the second console with a different profile from the one on the first console that owns the content then it is to be expected that you will get warning messages that the
    second profile doesn't own the content and can't therefore use it.

    i deleted my profile, rebuilt the profile, and it didn't help. got the same message.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with your messages. Have you checked to see if you are able to send messages from a different account?

    If you can send out messages on a different account go ahead and
    Remove and then Add     your account back on the Xbox One and then give it another try.
