Xbox One message containing code for promotional offer no longer there

I preordered UFC2 back in March and when I pre ordered the game, it said I would receive a free 1 month to EA access.

I received this code in a message on xbox one but the message is no longer there. At the time I already had a subscription to Ea access, but now I need it.

Can someone please get me my code?!

Accidentally Deleted Halo 5 Req Pack Code

I recieved a message from XBL with a code for a Halo 5 Promotional Req Pack containing the Teishin Shuurai set. I accidentally deleted this message. Is there any way i can retrieve the code?

Same exact problem here. Both me and my brother bought this and never got our GTA$ code. It is a scam to offer this, and not give us the promotional offer that was advertised initially.

If you are referring to the 3-month Gold promo with a 40% discount with a free content for GTA 5...
Qualified accounts will get it around November 2, 2017, they will receive a message through their Message Center containing a 5x5 code for a GTA:V Bull Shark Cash Card and a redeem link.

Promotional offers that include a digital code for the content being included in the promotion can take longer than the stated time on the offer. With the sheer amount of codes needed to be sent to all the available regions included in this offer, delay's
can happen when receiving the code in your Xbox message center.

Also the codes are region specific so I can imagine there are a few steps to complete to send the correct code for your region and to everyone eligible for this offer.

Rest assured, you will receive your codes. Although the time when you get them varies on availability. This is why they extend the time to redeem these codes until Jan 29th, 2019 if I'm not mistaken.

I recommend downloading the Xbox app for mobile and set it up to receive notifications so you won't miss when the code gets delivered to your Xbox message center.
