Esos CableModems de Technicolor normalmente son muy malos (lo digo tanto como administrador de redes y tecnico de dispositivos IT como usuario domestico). En multiples hogares y empresas a las que he dado soporte tecnico se han quejado de la lenta velocidad
de este CM, así como su tendencia a quedarse sin señal o funcionar erraticamente. No importando si es conectado por Ethernet o Wi-Fi, el funcionamiento general de este dispositivo es mediocre.

Technicolor compro la division de CPE (Customer Premises Equipment o Equipo Local de Cliente) de Cisco Systems. Y ellos ya tenian mala reputacion con sus dispositivos.

Mi recomendacion personal: Llama a Megacable a que te den de vuelta el Arris Touchstone TG862 o los Cablemodems Ubee (Existen diferentes revisiones que no recuerdo exactamente el modelo mas reciente). Exige como consumidor que este dispositivo simplemente
no funciona, y que mejor te den uno anterior.

What type of connection are you using? (Wireless/Ethernet)



I recommend to power cycle your console and network hardware.

• How
  to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console(Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable)
  
• To perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps: Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or
  gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
  

If the issue persists, try an ethernet connection,
create a static IP for the console,
and port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection and check out:

If it's a technicolor router or modem you have to get a new one because they do not work with any Xbox not 360 or Xbox one
