Xbox One maybe uploaded corrupted Avatar file

It's now many months for me, where I randomly check my Xbox One avatar app, but not possible to load my avatar.

Many updates later.....

Also on Windows 10 not possible to load avatar.

So it's must be -you might say I guesstimate- that there must be a corrupted file of my XB1 avatar file uploaded to Microsoft servers.

And yes, I tried power cycle, reinstall app, reinstall profile and check on other Xboxes and PCs.....

Of course I have tickets made with German support and English support teams respectively. No help, though I literally begged for 2nd and 3rd Level support (Yes, I am a frontline worker in phone / online support, too, but in dental healthcare.)

For anyone who might have help to get my Xbox One Avatar back to normal, would be greatly appreciated.

For the time being, I am stuck with a not changeable XB360 avatar on my Xbox One.

yes, I think to. Never was able to get to 3rd level something.

On my Xbox 360 I can edit as I want, also the classic avatar app on Xbox One pics up that edited classic avatar.

But on my profile I have an ols version of that avatar, and no way to get Xbox One avatar app to load anything.

Yes, some users experienced the same over last few years, no solution I think.

If your console is the Original Xbox One:

Important! For Build 6.2.9781.0, use the OSU3 Offline System Update file. For all other builds, use the OSU2 file.

Go to the tab: "Download offline update file from OSU2 or OSU3 system"

Correct - I treid on Xbox One X of my friend and I logged in on another Windows 10 PC with Avatar app (and on my own W10 laptop of course).

Everywhere the same "problem - avatar could not be loaded". :-(

Other accounts work fine, it's just my main account that shows that problem.

You try to log in with your account in another console, and the same happens?

I think my problem is online, on the Microsoft servers.

If I would unbox a brand new Series S oder Series X,

and log in..... same problem with my avatar would show "now possible to load".
