  1. Xbox One Manual Eject Process Not Working

I have an original Xbox One and I put in my NBA2k17 disc and it was failing to read it ( as it does occasionally ) so I was going to eject the disc and put it back in as I normally do until it read it properly, but it wouldn't eject, I tried multiple times
and even talked with Xbox support ( they weren't a lot of help ) So I tried the paper clip process and I got a fairly long one and it went almost all of the way in and applied a lot of pressure, enough to wear a mark would be imprinted on my finger/palm from
pushing so hard... any suggestions other then taking it apart completely? Thank you.

    :)
