I know you may be thinking that sounds like this are not normal for a Xbox to be giving off. Some other users have reported the same noise you are questioning today. This should be normal, as what Xbox Support or MS said. If you feel that it should never
be making that noise, you can return your console to the retailer you purchased it from and get a replacement.

I'm having this issue as well. It's very loud and it's like a grass hopper. It's much louder than the systems fan.

I will speak to someone tomorrow about it. A refurbished console is out of the question. It's get a working new replacement or get a refund.
