Xbox One Makes Robot pattern noise then turns off

In regards to the console's sudden shut down after turning it on, it may be because it’s not getting enough ventilation that makes your console fan work harder which in turn makes the console noise louder, or there may be a problem with the power supply. I had the same problem for years. What finally fixed it was to open the unit, remove the fan and heatsink, use isopropyl alcohol to remove the crusty thermal paste on the CPU, then apply new thermal paste that I bought on Amazon. Took about 30 minutes using YouTube teardown videos. Running great now. So much better.

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

Confirm that both your TV and Xbox One console are turned on.

Check that your TV is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).

Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV are secure.

Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV" port on the console.

Try plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

Try connecting your console to a different TV.

Power cycle your Xbox One: Press and hold the Xbox button  for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turn it on again.

My xbox one s makes a loud loud noise when start up it stops for about 30 sec and then comes back I try to turn it off but when the xbox is off it is louder than when it was on and now i cant use it for now sometimes i turn it on and it doesn’t make the
noise but if i turn it off then again in 1hour or 2 then it does it again.

It makes the noise when I push the eject button, when I turn it on and when I turn it off sometimes it would do it when I'm playing a game or if I turn the console off it makes the noise again 5 minutes later.
