    I purchased a madden 20 digital game for my grandson for xmas and at target the gal checking out was talkative and i dont think rang it up and gave me the 25 code needed to activate the account. I returned to the store today and they said there was nothing
    they could do? So now i have paid for this but no way to activate ?

    will microsoft help me?

    take it back to the store and make them activate it. Take video of the code entered and what it states as proof.

    In the states they legally have to fix it. They sold a product, they legally have to provide said product Take video recording of him putting
    the code that is on the card in and the result. That or have them call ms and ask them they can tell them if the code is activated or not.

    I have had this same exact problem before and made walmart call ms, and they fixed it after that.

    Thinking about it they could just activate it, if it is activated ad used already it isn't like trying will make the code work again.

    Call Xbox directly and they gave me new codes guaranteed to work and even gave me a free 12 month gold membership for my troubles Google Xbox customer service or login to Xbox account and contact
    them they are very helpful

    do you have the reciept of purchase showing that the digital was paid for? if it didn't ring up then the purchase won't work as its not activating anything. you may have some luck with xbox, but without proof of purchase i'm not sure what much they could
    help with.
