Xbox One + Logitech c922 Shuts Of While Streaming on Mixer

Your not alone with your Xbox One X + Logitech C922 shutting down while streaming from your Xbox. I've been having the same issue around the same amount of minutes but it only happens once during each stream.

Sorry man. The last thing they told me is that they sent my issue to the proper team to fix it. So hopefully they fix it fast. I even sent them this link to show them other people effected by this problem.

Checked what like there isnt i single menu,folder or settings in an app,on a website or in the console settings that i havent already check multiple times

Same problem here, also using a Logitec camera. Xbox powers off completely after about 20-40 minutes of streaming. I've been searching many threads, most of which have concluded that its a mixer problem, not a hardware problem, but after reading this,
I am beginning to thing its this damn Logitec camera. I just dont want to go out and buy another only to have it not work. I already exchanged xbox's once, to no effect. And no, its not the wiring in my house, as I have tried 3 other houses with this setup.

This exact thing started happening to me for about 2-3 weeks ago. I used to stream with an older logitech camera. So I thought that might have been the cause of it. So today I bought a c922 and freeze/shutdown happens again.

It happens in every game.

Took me forever to figure out what was causing the freeze-shutdown in the first place. But playing without stream works perfectly. Streaming without camera works. But as soon as I turn on the camera it will shut down after somewhere between 15-100 mins.

Wasn't there a dashboard update like 2-3 weeks ago? Could be the issue?

Hoping for a fix soon.
