XBOX One Load Up Failure

Hello,

I have had my XBOX One for over a year. This morning, I went to play Call of Duty, but I got an error telling me that my saved games had an error and needed to be cleared and downloaded again. I did that, but then the screen just went black. I could hear
noises when I moved the analog stick. So I did a hard reset and went to do a factory reset. Each time I chose a factory reset it would tell me "Something went wrong" and would give me the option to restart the xbox or troubleshoot. Nothing seems to be working.
Any help or advice would be appreciated!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get this load up problem. I can totally understand how this could be concerning. If you unable to get your console to start properly, I suggest trying the steps outlined in our Xbox
One System Update Solution.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

It's an Xbox one says failure to load. I loaded it on an external hard drive and it didn't work also so my drives are definitely good on the xbox

There's nothing wrong with your display output because it can still get to the green loading start up but the problem is the Xbox itself. The hardware must have had a general failure and cannot boot up correctly so if you have a warranty on your Xbox I suggest
getting a new one.
