    Xbox one - Live Gold issue


    Good evening,

    My xbox live gold is active (It will expire on 2/06/2019) but I can not use any online services at all (live,chat and multiplayer features), it is quite weird as I can download free monthly games but as soon as I try to connect to overwatch the system shows
    me a gold purchase pop up message.

    Any Ideas?

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Redownload your profile ​

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Ich habe eine gültige Gold-Mitgliedschaft, aber seit 2 Tage verlangt die Konsole erneut Mitglied zu werden.
    In der Kontoverwaltung wird es auch korrekt angezeigt.

    Habe mein Profil entfernt, die Konsole stromlos gemacht und dann das Profil neu angemeldet , hat nicht funktioniert.

    Bitte dringend um Abhilfe!

    Hi, hatte das gleiche Problem und jetzt meine xbox zurück gesetzt mit der Option Zurücksetzen und meine Spiele & Apps behalten. Jetzt funktioniert es wieder.

    Xbox live gold issue.

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the gold sharing features on Xbox One.

    I recommend taking a look at the following article:
    Using Xbox Live Gold sharing features on Xbox One    .

    Xbox 1 ( Gold subscriber) - Make sure it is not set to home Xbox

    Xbox 2 - Gold subscriber account needs to be the home Xbox to initiate the sharing.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Hey there,

    It looks like the account you're posting from is an Xbox Live Silver account. Is there an Xbox Live Gold account on your Xbox One console that was sharing the Gold privileges with your account? With the Xbox One Home feature, you can share Xbox Live Gold
    with any other account that is signed into that console, however that feature does not work on an Xbox 360 console, which is why you may notice that Gold features work on one console and not the other.

    Keep us posted if that helps clear up what the issue may be.
