XBOX One - Live Gold 15$ Promotion for 1yr Subscription - Re-Issue code

I renewed my Xbox Live Gold Account within the past two months and part of the deal was a 15$ promo code. I cannot locate the promo code to redeem I am not sure if the email went to spam or possible deleted in error. Can you please resend the promotion or
possibly just distribute the funds into my account.

Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

please send me my code for 3 free months xbox live gold

Can you please send me my code that I bought when I purchased 3 months of xbox live gold, with the promotion that you would then send a code by 3/15/17 for another 3 months free. I have seen others posting about this, so hopefully you get this resolved
quickly. I purchased this through a promotion through the Xbox one, so it was something Xbox was promoting. Promotion attached showing the promotion! I purchased this during a promotion on the Xbox One on January 30, 2018, so there should be zero issues
with expiration, or else you were falsely advertising this! I expect to receive my code quickly!

raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription. This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.

Xbox Live Gold 1yr is usually $60. GPU is $15 per month. 4 months of Ultimate is $60. You get the amount of time that you pay for. Why would they give you 12mo of Ultimate for only $60?
