    XBOX ONE latency test

    I live in North Brisbane Australia.

    Can't stream game trailers, Forza Horizon 2 online is like a game a pinball. Downloading games is so so slow. Not enjoying my experience so far. Can't believe Xbox live is still this slow. I gave up on Xbox live 5 years ago and thought surely my experience
    would be better by now. I was wrong.

    My Tests:

    D: 2.6 mbps

    U: .3 mbps

    PL: 2%

    MTU: 1416

    L: 293ms

    WS:97%

    D: 2.51 mbps

    U: .3 mbps

    PL: 1%

    MTU: 1416

    L: 269ms

    WS:100%

    Triple D, based off your own tests, I'd say the fault is in your connection; not with Xbox Live. Specifically it appears you're having trouble with high latency or ping and simply don't have a good enough download and upload speed to support the minimum
    requirements of Xbox Live (which is generally 4 or down and 1 up).

    My connection isn't that much better (6mbps down and 1mbps up with about 50-80ms ping), but I can do most things on XBL (although I admittedly can't stream broadcast, which is unfortunate). My advice to you, if it's possible is to see if you can upgrade
    your own connection or even your ISP, if necessary.

    XBOX ONE latency test

    in Central Florida, (avg down is 40) 35.88 dl, 5.68 up, 122 ms latency. whild downloading on my pc through wirless (strength is at 94%)

    Pick a server in Seattle to do a speedtest on your computer latency should be close to that of the xbox

    Mine is 102 down and 12 up with 95 latency and I have my console hard linked. It fluctuates though at different times of the day. The highest I've seen it go was 125 down but the upload and latency remained the same. I should also mention that I have Xfinity
    Blast and I'm in Philly.

    28 down 6 up 125ms latency, using comcast cable internet, from pa to redmond, Washington. Other devices ping way lower to servers in europe. MS is west coast orientated.
