XBox One - Known issue with game you are still selling.

I paid money for Titanfall 1 and 2 and now, due to a hacker (a known issue) it isn't working. You MS XBox is still selling this game and you KNOW it is not working. I know it's not your fault that it isn't working, but it IS your fault that you still sell Titanfall 2.

How do we get a refund?

Actually the first one has already been delisted.

To get are refund you would need to try submitting a refund request. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

It's a known issue - the only way around it is to sell the car and buy a new one.

Also there is a fairly well known issue with this particular game that it has issues running on consoles that it was not initially purchased on. If you bought it on one console, then downloaded to another it will give that error on the second console when
you try to run the game. This has been a known issue for about a year now and there still is no fix.

Depending where you are, you can look online to find them as some of the well known online retailers are still selling them.

Well the game is not 1080p people have known that for while.but peopole are still pre ordering the game.

cod is not a wow factor and sells really well.so titanfall will be the same
