Xbox one keeps turning off and won’t stay on

He will be playing for a good 5 minutes then it will turn off

first what generation of Xbox one you have if is a one with power supply maybe is the power

if is and x or s you need to go to a Microsoft store or a technician to check the unit

So here lately my son’s xbox has been turning off and wont stay on. Ive tried updating it unpluging it cleaning it out and all does anyone have any idea what the problem can be? My son is having a fit he cant even play it.
