    Xbox One keeps turning its self on.


    My Xbox one keeps turning its self on overnight and sometimes during the day. Is there any way to prevent this from happening and to fix this problem? I just woke up this morning and it was on and my tv was turned off.

    Sorry to hear it. Do you have pets? Perhaps one is bumping against the console? What about music/television playing in the background while you are sleeping? Perhaps the console is mis-hearing something that sounds like Xbox On. I know that where I
    live there are radio commercials for Rogers TV advertising for their NextBox (sounds like Xbox doesn't it?). I'm sure if the console heard that it would get a little confused.

    My little brother may be hitting he's only 3 years old, but when it turns on it doesn't make the sound of it turning on, its just on. My Kinect also is not hooked up to the TV so its not on all the time.

    The sound is fairly low so if you're in another room or sleeping you wouldn't hear it. Perhaps the issue may very well be with your little brother. Maybe for one night move a coffee table or something in front of the console or turn it around and see if
    the problem persists the next morning.
