    Hello my Xbox One keeps randomly turning off, now and then when i'm playing FIFA 14 it has been doing this for around 2 weeks now i don't know whats wrong can you please help me????

    Console Turning Off, Controller Will Not Sync

    My son's XBox One keeps randomly freezing & turning off. He is also having issues keeping his controller synced. Any suggestions on what we can do to fix this?
