Xbox One keeps dropping Wifi and Game

For the past 30 days, we have not been able to play online games properly. I play Fortnite, but xbox randomly drops wifi and the game ends. This happens very often. The technical support advice on the support website does not resolve it. Connect is
great when tested. I am see that many people have the same issue. Like to call a technical support line, but can't find a number to call? Any help would be much appreciated!

    :)

    Dropping WiFi settings

For the last two weeks my Xbox One S keeps dropping my WiFi when it starts up. Then I have to go in, find my router and enter the password. Was there something in an update that I missed because I have never had this issue before?

    Wifi connection problems

my Xbox one s keeps randomly dropping the wifi connection and saying it's wired then it always makes me put the password in when it does. And when I'm on YouTube the wifi seems good at first then after a hour or two it seems to drop a lot I have it on energy
mode I also had it one fast boot mode but it doesn't change a thing in the newest update

Working with Technical Support. They had us enter DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Will see if that works and will let you know.

Microsoft said issue when testing was Packet Loss. It was at 1%. After entering DNS, it's been consistently at 0% and after playing 2 games, have not had an issue. Might need still have an issue during the day, when the drops are the worst.

I would contact your ISP and ask for tech support on changing the channels on your wifi. If, you already know how then try that maybe. There's a few mobile apps that can help you find a good channel. In my neighborhood I have to find a channel used the
less to get good signals Since we all live bso close together.
