xbox one keeps crashing.says check your network then signs me out of my account

Hi there,

please try the following steps:

1. Manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, don't turn it on again just yet:
   
   http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
2. Power cycle (restart) your modem and any other network related devices between console and internet, by turning it off (if possible) and then disconnecting it from power for at least 2 minutes.
3. Power model (and other network devices) on again and wait until fully booted.
4. Power the console on again

My Xbox One will not let me sign in. Just keeps giving me an error. Reset tested network check status. I got nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your console and the app are using the same Wifi network.

Check that you're signed in to your Xbox Live account on the app AND your Xbox One.

Hi my xbox one will not sign in it just keeps saying we could not sign you in try agin in a few minuets or check your account but nothing seems to be working

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Thank you for detailing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Is it possible that your account is on a different Xbox One console? If it is being signed into a different console, it would sign you out of your current
session/console. If it's not, the next step you'll want to try is a full
factory reset.
