Xbox one keeps crashing even after factory reset

Okay, I just factory reset the console and reinstalled Riders Republic since that is one of the games that keeps crashing the most. Upon playing for around 10 minutes again it crashed again even after the factory reset.

Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console, Brendan? A corrupted one may cause issues as well.

If you have one, please unplug and then perform a powercycle on your console before attempting to play the game. Keep the external hard drive unplugged.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

Also, if you don't have one, sadly we may need to reset the console remvoing everything. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts, games, and apps but you can add/install all of them later on.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Yes i have factory reset and then after an hour it crashed again and now when i click the factory reset it wont do it, it just keeps failing

I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced with multiple games crashing on your Xbox One X. Based on all of the troubleshooting you've tried, it seems like a pretty difficult problem to fix. I would suggest moving those games to your external hard
drive and then do a full factory reset and not a soft one. When it asks you to reset, you will need to select "Reset and remove everything". Usually re-installing the games that are crashing after a factory reset will fix the problem so if you haven't re-installed
any games after a factory reset, I recommend doing so.

Are all of your games on the external hard drive crashing or just those that you posted?

Are you using the same power cable that came with the first Xbox One X you had or did the replacement come with another power cord?
