    XBOX ONE KEEPS ASKING ME TO JOIN XBOX LIVE GOLD


    Hi, I am an Xbox one user.

    Unfortunately, as of today 03/26/18 everytime I try to play any game and my console logs into Xbox live and takes 2-3 seconds and tries to force me to subscribe to Xbox live gold. Which I proceeded to click on "continue" since there is no other option.
    After it gives me 3 types of Xbox live gold and two other options of "Use a code" and "No thanks".

    **SIDE NOTE: So I currently have the 6 month Xbox pass that I have bought on 03/25/18 (different from Xbox live gold but same concept), and I am not interested in Xbox gold live. **

    When I sent with "No thanks" the game goes back to "press 'button' to start" but it keeps repeating the same process. I can't currently play any game without this happening.

    This was never an issue before (prior to 03/26/18, today) I had bought the Xbox pass (03/25/18, yesterday ), until today when I started to encounter this issue.

    So my question is, What can I do to fix this problem without having to buy Xbox live gold unnecessarily simply because I'm not interested in making any further purchases and continue playing my game peacefully ?

    GOLD Member, Keep getting asked to "Join Xbox Live Gold"

    I have a 12 month sub to GOLD but every time I sign in online or wherever it keeps asking me to join XBOX LIVE GOLD. It's getting annoying.

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????

    Pubg connection issue

    I have the same problem. Gave the Xbox a hard reboot, even deleted my x-box profile and added it again, but nothing changed. Keeps asking me to join Gold Live but I'm already a member. Really could use some help on this one. Not getting an error code tho.

    You need to have a Gold Xbox Live membership to be allowed to play online. To upgrade your current account into a Gold one, visit this page :

    www.xbox.com/.../join

    Xbox Live Gold is a paid membership.

    Free gold for a month

    well you create a new profile on the console and join xbox live

    if it asks you to go gold then do so

    but then when it asks you to add a payment option not at this time

    if the console is new and within the first 3 profiles to join then its free

    however this gamertag cannot receive the gold as its preexisting
