xbox one keep turning off when i turn on a game today?

i dont get whats with my xbox one yesterday i was playing Pubg & red dead redemption playing online matches it was fine no problem no error etc today i went to shops pick up complete Game of the year of year Read dead redemption & installed all fine started
up then console walk out of the room to quick house work came back console was turn off on it own? i was confused thought my nephew turn it off he said no i turn it on again tried to play same deal turn off tried another game see if the game same deal. Can
someone explain this to me i bought new Power supply i think 4 month old brand new since previous died on me unknown reason why. can some help me what with my xbox one? is my console dying or dead or need another power supply?

Xbox keeps turning off

Do you have the Scorpio Edition? I heard some of those were experiencing an issue similar to this. Although since the hardware is the same, it could happen for any One X. You'll most likely have to call the store or Microsoft about a replacement.

Before that though, it could not be getting enough power. Plug it directly into a wall if you currently have it going through a surge protector or power strip.

Xbox keeps turning off

I have the X...and just since today when I power it on (through the controller) it does the new 4k intro video then just shuts itself off. So I push the power button on the console and it comes on fine...this happened twice now. Anyone else experiencing this or have any idea what's going on?Click to expand...

now my xbox started this from today

For some reason my console keeps turning off by itself. It will start playing a game and then all of a sudden it turns off. Happens everytime I try to do anything. One time it even happen when I wasn't doing anything.

i am having issue with my console i tried to play today console keep turning of when i am playing games i thought the games but it not then my power supply is orange when it turn off but goes normal when i turn on the console

Yes i just hear the sound of the Xbox one when it turns on it ''beeps'' then after it ''beeps'' again and turn off. I was playing lately today on it, and it just ''beeps' turn off while i was playing....

I'm experiencing the same issues. My system was working fine for the first few weeks but when I start playing it today, it keeps shutting off. Every time I'm 5 minutes into the game the system will shut off. And there would be a few times when after it shuts
off, I will turn it back on and it will shut off a second later. It will do this like 5 times until it turns completely on. I hardly was playing my Xbox one. I probably played it 10 times since I bought it.
