    I have been having issues with my xbox one for half a year now. It started with my xbox being really slow and not starting apps or games. So I did a factory restart on it and it seemed to go back to normal. Then within a week it was having the same issues
    again. Flash forward to now, it has been a constant broken mess. I have restarted it like before multiple times. It now has issues even starting up. I have gone to xbox support chats and they told me to restart it. I did but within 2 days it was having the
    same issues. I'v finally gone and completely reset it, deleting all of my games and apps. It was working great, and then I turned off my xbox. When I turned it back on a moment later it all of a sudden can't start up. It will stay on the green loading screen,
    then everything goes black. Can someone please help me? I really don't have the money for a new xbox and this is literally my favorite console.

    I have the same issue, strange we both have the issue with Fortnite, was okay until i started playing that game.

    No worries I doubt its the controller more chance it being the headset adapter, I have looked around the preview forums lots there with this problem so it will be looked at, one other thing I found make sure your Kinect mic is unchecked for chat.

    Have you done all the tests in networks what is your NAT type, are you wired/wireless, in advanced settings as anything change mine are on auto, Also when you do a reset unplug from mains for at least 30 seconds up to 5 minutes, don't use a power strip.

    Give it time if you factory reset you will have to install everything again try a couple of hard resets
