Xbox One is using insane amounts of data!?

My bandwidth usage on my Xbox one is saying I've used up to 60,000 TB in a month! I use my console about 2 or 3 times a week and only download 2 games a month maximum. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? I will attach a picture as well.

Help with transfer data

Depending on the amount of data you are trying to move I would advise using a USB or for larger amounts of data using a transfer cable. You do not need to be connected to Live to use either of these.

Dude, the amount of remakes that are coming out is really insane. It seems like every time I pop on here another game is being remade for the Xbox One.

Are you streaming/casting media from a pc or phone to your Xbox? The Xbox does not differentiate between network traffic and actual internet use.

Even with unlimited data plans it will still be quite expensive, most come with a fair use policy and with the insane amount of data they use, they will surely look to be abusing the policy

if a couple of games were bought/downloaded then these can cause high use of data.

Games vary from a few GB update 60-70GB.

You can also see the estimated data usuage on the console too at 5.Select Network settings, and then select Bandwidth usage.

It will show the usuage for the last period.

The kinect adapter is no longer available, only ones floating around stores for an insane amount. you would need an adapter to use kinect on the S and X variants of console.
