    Xbox one is getting error code E102 C01 8007045D


    Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks even more if you have an answer to my question. After doing a offline update to get my xbox working from a different error code my xbox froze. When it started again I was getting startup error code E102 0000C01 8007045D at the trouble shoot screen. My OS version is from February I tried to do all the things recommended on the Microsoft website for the error code so please don't say to factory reset to default. I have cycled the power amongst other things as well. My warranty waz up in 2015, so I would like any microsoft staff to tell me what service you would do to my system to get it working again? Is there a particular part that is usually the cause of E102 error code that I could purchase and replace? I understand the hardware I just need to know what microsoft would do to fix it.....
