    Xbox one help


    Hey, so my xbox keeps freezing, it’s as if the controller is disconnecting, like it wont say the controller has disconected or anything and the controller will still be on, and the xbox will still continue to run as normal but i can’t even press home button,
    turning controller off and on doesnt help. I have to unplug the xbox an restart it to connect the controller again but it will only work for a short while at a time. We have tried a soft reset and a hard reset already. Put new batteries in the controller and
    have tried using 2 different controllers but it just does the same thing. Any ideas? Is my xbox on its way out or is there a fix to this annoying issue?

    Yes changing the password would fix this problem the easiest place to do this at would be account.live.com

    If you select store from the dashboard then select Browse all games the option to use a code is on the top right of the page.

    Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

    If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

    If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
