    Xbox one - help


    Hi all, can anyone offer help or advice on the following;

    Been playing with no issues until this week, first the chat icon that flashes when I speak or make a sound has disappeared, and second I have been unable to drop into a group co-op game nor has anyone dropped into mine. Up until last week both issues where
    fine, kinect is fine and I am still connected online.

    Any help would be much appreciated

    Yes changing the password would fix this problem the easiest place to do this at would be account.live.com

    If you select store from the dashboard then select Browse all games the option to use a code is on the top right of the page.

    Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

    If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

    If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
