Xbox one HDMI working on one TV but not the other

Discus and support Xbox one HDMI working on one TV but not the other in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I tried 3 different HDMI cables on both TV’s, only the second TV worked with them.     Xbox one HDMI working on one TV but not the other


    I tried 3 different HDMI cables on both TV’s, only the second TV worked with them. I went and bought a new TV and there’s still no HDMI connection. I’ve selected the correct source/input, I put the HDMI cable into the correct slot in the Xbox (the Out one which is to a TV) and i have tried resetting the xbox’s resolution twice with the eject and power button method.

    Have you tried resetting the TV's settings? I had this same problem a while back and this fix it for me.

    well you got the manual for your TV and tried to reinstall everything?

    you mechou the cable and noticed that with bad contact when you fold it?

    already tried to use the initial configuration of your tv and xbox 360?

    It worked on the 360 one TV was on Hdmi and the other was component. I'm going to try today on my xbone and Hdmi splitter and see if there's a TV sett

    Hello C0nd1t10nR3D,



    How the Xbox One works with being able to control the TV is that the Xbox One has a HDMI In port and a HDMI Out port. If a person had a cable set-top box, they would take the HDMI cable from that and plug it into the HDMI In port on the Xbox One, and then
    connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI Out port and connect that to the TV.



    In your case, I think it could only work if your TV had both a HDMI Out port and a HDMI In port. If this is the case, which I don't ever think I've heard of a thing for just a TV (I guess it could be possible), then you would go from the TV's HDMI Out port
    to the Xbox One's HDMI In port and from the Xbox One's HDMI Out port to the TV's HDMI In port.
