Xbox one has this start up screen any fix guys sometimes it dont even show this screen

I'm getting an error: "Having Trouble Connecting?" No ads are showing on my Xbox One dashboard, nor is the STORE section even showing or available. The word STORE is not even showing on the dashboard. The word PINS shows on the screen, but is also unavailable.
It has been days now. Any eta on an update that will fix this?

Unfortunately i dont but i did read s reddit thread where the a guy suggested to keep unplugging and plugging back in, so i did that and on like the 20th time, the device showed up, but onky after it was unplugged, so i couldnt even click anything on
the screen.

So i tried this method again, and the device showed up on screen, but only after it was unplugged?

hypezone hasnt gone anywhere, there are still 5 of what i know of 'r6siege' 'fortnite' 'apex' 'pubg' 'bo4'

sometimes can be hard to find them as they dont come up in the main screen and sometimes dont show after searching

just to be sure, is your console registered in one of the Xbox Insider rings?
I had a similar issue a while ago and that seemed to have been related to the Xbox Insiders update, it also showed some static screen instead of the start up logo. I was able to 'fix' it by doing a power cycle of the console (sometimes a couple of times)

My Xbox One SmartGlass app won't even start on my PC(Windows 8.1). It show the startup screen with the logo on, and paaaw the app shuts down. Any suggestions?
