Xbox one has the slowest internet

My internet in every device except xbox is fine, but my xbox has the slowest internet connection and the most unstable connection.

I have opened all of xbox live ports and enabled DMZ for my xbox.

These actions helped a bit by my xbox still have the worst internet.

I have also tried a lot of guides to improve internet speed and they haven't helped much too.

Maybe my xbox has bad internet connection because it is old (I bought it in 2014), but I don't think it is the problem.

Is there a way to resolve or at least reduce the problem?

When you say 'the worst internet', what do you mean exactly? What dl speeds are you seeing on your Xbox and what do you get if you run a speed test on your phone or a PC? How do these numbers compare with the package your ISP advertises?

Have you got it wired directly from xbox to router via either net cable.

Try a speed test on the xbox then a phone or computer see what the difference is . 👍

Try changing the DNS settings to a faster one or changing the NAT type to open for a more stable and reliable internet connection.

Do you see a difference when directly connected via ethernet VS Wifi?

Could try clearing the Mac address on the console as well as testing with Instant on turned off, I've noticed improvements on occasion toggling this off/on
