    Xbox one Guide Not working in Canada


    Why is it that I have a system that offers total connectivity through my tv and cable provider, yet the Xbox One Guide is not working??? I've contacted Xbox and they say they have no idea when it will work or when an update will come out to fix this issue.
    so basically i own a systems that has offered the best of the best in new technology, yet not all of the tech works..... its like buying a car yet having to wait for the radio to work, but you have no idea when they will have it fixed.

    i am now currently waiting for my 3rd, thats right, 3rd console as the two previous ones had, Disk drive issues, black screens, freezing, random reboots, and sensor control problems. so after spending over $500 on a brand new top of the line system, i'm
    constantly having to battle with my system to hope and pray that it will work for that day.

    when will the issues be fixed and why wasn't the xbox one guide included with the console working before release date?

    i've been told that not all providers work. but shouldn't that have been something discussed before the release date?

    if your going to offer a feature.............make sure it works!!!

    very frustrating.

    and to top it off, the tech support advisors had no idea that the guide was even a problem. until he did research and found it out in the forums.

    OneGuide TV support in Canada, and more coming to Xbox One in June!

    Xbox one guide, good improvement for canada but does not cover Ota (over the air). So for me it is not working. Still dreaming of the service ofered in the u.s. Where OTA is coverred by one guide.

    No One Guide functionality for Canada?

    Coldersteel, I understand fully. We want this functionality to be available to our wonderful neighbors to the north. There is a mess of factors that go into the TV function (I wont go into that here). Believe me when I say that we want everything to be available
    to everyone, that is what is best for everyone (yes, that includes us as well). I think you will enjoy the features yet to come, hang in there and Game On!
