Xbox One Guide devices are not responding

I have noticed for about a week now that when I turn off my xbox my tv does not shut off, when I tell Cortana to turn my xbox on, I have to use my tv remote to turn it on and off. My cable is not working as well, when I tell Cortana to watch a channel she
say sorry I can't do that right now try again later. I have power cycle, unplugged tv and cable (hdmi cables as well from xbox), plugged everything back in and get nothing. When I go to set up tv, I put in my brand and it want to send a mute command to the
TV and it doesn't mute the tv at all, or raise the volume up or down nothing. Is anyone else getting this problem, or does anyone know how to fix this? I have reported the problem on xbox as well.

device support website not responding

I have been trying to do a repair service for my xbox360 and even though it is eligible I clicked on continue and it does not move on to the next part it just loads and returns me back even though I entered the right details is the website having an error
then please fix this

I hate my One S which, I bought first week of release, due to having major issues with Kinect. It was okay to start with (well after many, many, hours getting it working which my thread explains). Kinect continually switches off and I have to keep unplugging
the power supply and plugging it back in. Not sure if it's the Kinect, which never a problem on my Xbox One or the stupid power supply. If I had had to £50 for that I would be going mad. Must cost about £1 to make the cheap plastic thing.

Anyway if you have not solved your problem yet I hope my thread has the answer. Going to message you link to thread in case your stuck like I was thinking **** as I could not get answers anywhere.

Hi there!

Are you still running into issues with your Kinect?

What version of the console are you on when this occurs? Where is the Kinect located and are there other devices around it?

The
troubleshooting voice guide might help get the Kinect Mic working as well. Let have you try the steps on that guide as well.

Thanks for responding I’m using an Xbox one s. I have used the troubleshooting guide above and it still won’t register and there is no light on the game drive

Sorry its taken so long to respond again. The suggestions in that guide changed nothing, getting the same two errors. I don't have another router to try it with, but the current router works just fine with all of our other devices.

Hm, i changed to beta ring. Lets see if happens again.

Edit:i play and recorded over 3 hours one game and problem is not show again. I think is about ring choose. This is better. Thanks all On reddedit no answers.
