Xbox one Green loafing screen

Hi

First try to do a Factory reset from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter by following these steps:

Press and hold the Pair (sync) button and the Eject button and then just
one click the
Xbox Power button, you 'll hear a beep, Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons.

Once you hear a second beep, release the Pair and Eject buttons. You should see on the screen 4 options for the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Select Reset this Xbox. You can either keep your apps and games or remove everything.

make sure you know your account password you will have to add it later after the rest.

If this did not work. You must perform an offline update. You will find steps
here.

I am able to log in on that link. No a error page does not appear, a loading screen pops up and then another loafing screen pops up. But then it just takes me out of the loading screen back to the hub.

Screens not blank. Stuck on first green Xbox One screen

I'm stuck in the Xbox One green screen........

Update This morning I turned it on and it just sits at the green xbox one screen. I tried the factory restore with no luck it still just sits at the green screen loading.
