    Hi,

    my Xbox One went into "Something went wrong" loop after a failed online update

    I tried to do offline update using USB stick and now it always stuck at 58% before the system rebooted and again went into "Something went wrong" screen.

    I've also tried to factory reset the system, 1st choosing the keep the saves and user profile (didn't fix the problem) and then the 2nd one I chose the erase everything option (also didn't fix the problem).

    I suspected the hard drive is the culprit.

    I need help on what to do..

    The more information you provide, the better as it helps us point you in the right direction.

    Are you able to provide more information please? for example are you on PC or Xbox? What are action are you trying to perform when you receive this error? Are you signed up to the Xbox Insider program for system updates?

    Hello, i reccomend you do a hard restart by holding the power button for 30 seconds until it turns on and off again, please let me know if this fixes the issue
