    XBOX ONE Gold Trials don't add to my account


    long story short, i ran out of gold and a friend gave me a 7 day trial.than one day later i tried to play online and it said, that i need to buy gold to join a party. than i redeemed a 3 day trial and it said again that i need to buy gold. 2h ago i
    redeemed a 48h code and it still says i need to buy gold to play online, i know got *** out of 12 days worth of gold trials. the xbox support on twitter is looking into it but thats 16h ago. and never got a respond back which means they do absolutly
    nothing on that.

    last tweet i got: "Thanks for clarifying, We are currently looking into this. ^SB"

    Can I activate 30-days XBL Gold prepaid code while I still have an active subscription?

    Also, I forgot to add that my current Gold subscription is the 30-days trial one that you get with every Xbox Live account.

    How to get a free xbox live gold trial?

    There is a free Gold trial on the system. As for Game Pass and EA Access.

    But if your Xbox Account already used a Gold Trial, then it might not let you.

    Hey there Diamond R3FuzZ3 XBOX ONE Gold Trials don't add to my account :)

    Did you redeem via the website or the console? I take it the redemptions were successful and they were accepted? Also, its worth noting that trial codes do not stack on top of one another. Lets say for example, that you redeem 10 codes for 7 days of gold
    trial membership, you would still only have 7 days in total rather then 70. So instead of 12 days, you would still just have 7 days.

    Let us know the extra info.

    You don't have to delete it. Once you add a gold subscription to the account it will overwrite the trial.

    Unfortunately it is intended that Trials do not stack
    with existing memberships. It's also mentioned on the support page Xbox Live Gold trial memberships

    Notes

    • The Xbox Live Gold trial membership is associated with a single gamertag.
    • You can't add an Xbox Live Gold trial membership to an existing membership.
    • Only three trial accounts are available per console. This limitation cannot be reset.
    • After a user has created three trial accounts on their console, the user no longer receives a message that provides the opportunity to create an Xbox Live Gold trial account.
    • To sign up for the Xbox Live Gold trial membership, you must add a payment method to your account.
    This also works in a vice versa way meaning that if you have a trial membership it will be lost if you purchase a gold membership

    Can't download the game free with gold.

    Trials less than one month don't actually give you a gold account. They just allow you to try out some of the features of Xbox Live. Games with Gold can only be accessed with a paying Gold membership or the first one month free trial. 2 day and 14 day
    trials do not count as your account is still considered silver.

    Trial codes don't change your account status to gold. You can download the Xbox One Games with Gold with a trial because a gold subscription is required to keep playing it for free, but a full gold subscription is required in order to download 360 Games
    with Gold games.
